Our site runs WP 3.2.1 with Buddypress and Multisite mode. We are trying to have groups and fans for each blog. However, group names and fans are the same across all blogs. We are not able to get distinct groups or fans for each of the blogs.
Any pointers on how we can resolve this will be highly appreciated.
There's only one installation of BuddyPress for a multisite installation. You see the groups from the main BP site in other blog sites of same install because you enabled multiblog.
You can make a blog/site specific to a group via this plugin
