[Plugin: Buddypress] bb-config is empty

    hello!
    my proble is this that after installation of buddypress my bb-config.php file don’t have any configuration inside. its only 403 foribden page. I need to install forums but without that it’s impossible. i tried to chmod to 777 but still no effect… looks like instalation of bp don’t write any data to bb-confing.
    Anyone know what causes this and how to resolve my problem?
