    Hey Francesco,

I took a bit of time and fixed the issues your plugin had when you changed from constants to database options. Basically I removed all the constant references and replaced them with the globals. I also changed the code so that now all database options are getting saved in just one array.

I have also started work on a basic shortcode system for blogs using timthumb. If you'd like I could send you my files.

    Cheers,
    Boris

Reference were already updated but I dont know why several files didn't changed in the merging, so the plugin was half 0.1.4 and half 0.1.3, the 0.1.5 should be ok

We are using different options for now for debugging purpouse (altering the database is much easier if options are not serialized), as soon as we don't need it anymore we will change it to use the wp settings api. I also hate plugins that use a lot of options ;-)

About the shortcode part, can you explain it better please?

If users have a gallery of images and a blog on the same site, obviously they'd like to use their already uploaded images in their blog posts. What I'm doing right now is let users use something like this in a post:

    [bpimg id=1 w=300 h=200 float=left caption=true]

This will get the image with id 1, float it to the left, display the image description below the image and output it with a width of 300 and a height of 200.

That part is actually done already. What's still missing is an integration with the media button on top of the content textbox. There a user could browse their uploaded images and configure the shortcode that is then sent to the editor.

That makes sense. It would probably be quite easy to implement, because all of the image files are in a static location and the user's ID is in the $bp global variable.

Maybe I'll have a look at that later tonight.

Well, I've got 2/3 of it coded already. Give me another day and I'll send you the finished files. I did something similar for my NextGEN ImageFlow plugin, so a lot was just copy/paste plus a little bit of a cleanup afterwards.

    Cheers,
    Boris

We welcome contributions from all members of the community.

Once you have your code finished, make sure it's well commented so we can understand your algorithms. If everything checks out, I'll try and merge it into the next release.

Thanks in advance for your help!
