   The plugin works fine on single WP install, but doesn't work with Network enabled. Specifically, it doesn't show 'Browse as' link under users in Network dashboard.

   This plugin is not maintained anymore. There is another which does the same thing and more. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/user-switching/

   There's a warning on the plugin page. It looks like you missed it. :)
