After installation and going to the Breezing Forms tab I get this:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /wp-includes/cache.php on line 113
No setup screen are ever shown. The plugin shows a blank screen and won't let me create any forms. Actually the only screen I can see in the plugin is the Configuration.
Does anyone have any insight on where to start to fix this error?
Thank you,

I installed 1.1.4 and have the same trouble. I also have wp-supercache deactivated.
I am unable to add a new form - just get a blank screen.

Has there been any updates to this? I've been having this issue for a couple of weeks too. I've never been able to create a form because of elements being missing on the creation page.

ok. i'm not trying to promote anything here, but as a web designer, i sometimes use different hosting companies. i've tried this plugin on Bluehost & Hostgator and got the fatal error. I do not get the error on Godaddy. So i'm guessing it's something with the server configuration, .php file, maybe? If this can help anyone get this issue resolved, i would appreciate it as i like having the option to use different hosting companies and i also want to use this plugin.
