   Hi,

   I've made some changes to your plugin.

   There were two issues:

   1. Widget was shown when a user wasn't logged in
   2. There was an open [a] tag in the header for no reason

   Forgot to mention that the Pastebin code should replace the code in bp-notificationwidget.php.
