   Is there a way to use this plugin to automatically update all post with Boxer theme or do I have to manually update every post?

   Remember, WP Boxer is not a theme, it is a plugin! Because it does not "hook" into anything like a theme, you will have to update those posts manually.

   Suggestion maybe you can use TinyMCE Template http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tinymce-templates/

   @lenamtl That unfortunately will not do the trick. The content block meta data has to get stored with the post itself. There is just no easy way to do this automatically yet! It can be done, but you'd have to write code for that.
