    Hi,

Currently the paypal allow us to enable auto approval and cancellation of booking. But I have a scenario:

    1. I have other booking made separately from the system, such as callin or other website.

So whenever a customer book the time and resources, i need to check the availability of the resouce first before he click to make the payment. So what i want is , after customer click submit, the paypal button will not appear, until i send him the payment link, only he make the payment, after successfully paid, the system only auto approve the booking..

    can i achieve that?

    Hello,
    1) you can deactivate the all payment systems at the Booking > Settings > Payment page. So in this case, after the reservation is done, the payment form (with paypal button) will not show.
    2) then you can send the payment request by email to the visitor, by pressing the specific button at the right side near each booking at the Booking Listing page of admin panel.
    3) Visitor will receive the email with link for payment. Please read here how to configure correctly that payment link settings.

    Hello

Thanks for reply. But I had tried this way before.

Because i want to use paypal as the only method for this website (for this moment), so if i deactivate it, after i send the payment request to customer, the link bring him back to the booking edit page. Which do not have any payment button for him.

Any idea that i can still use paypal but need to get my confirmation on the schedule only send payment request to customer?

This is what i wrote in my payment request email: [visitorbookingpayurl]
This is what i wrote in my payment page:
    [bookingedit]

but it shows the same booking form and can only modified the details.
    Please advise 🙁

    Hello,
in that case, after the visitor is made the booking, visitor have to see the “thank you” message or have to be redirected to the “thank you” page depends from the settings at the General Booking Settings page.

    Yes…I had created this page.

Perhaps you misunderstand what i mean the payment page.

    What I had done now:
    1. Deactivated all payment
    2. Customer book date and house from calendar
    3. After submit, thank you msg page appear to him.
    4. Admin receive email and check the schedule
    5. After confirm, admin send payment request email
    6. Customer click the email and go to a page (This is the page i mentioned about).
    – if i activate paypal, the page will have a Paypal button, but if i deactivate paypal, only have the normal submit button to modify the booking info. So i actually need the paypal.

Can you get what i mean?
