    Hello,
    you can add it manually by inserting it into the posts or pages, relative to this instruction.
    Or you can add some code like this, directly inside of the PHP code of your theme.
    Please note, its possible to show at the same visible page only one booking form with calendar for the specific booking resource (free version have only one default booking resource).
