    Hello,
if you are use the paid version of the Booking Calendar, so then you can configure the email templates at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

If you are use the free version of the booking calendar, so then the language of the booking form is depend from the active locale of your site.
Also please note, the booking form is saved during installation of the booking calendar, its mean if you are change the locale of the site after the installation of the booking calendar, so then booking calendar will use the "saved" previous language of the booking form or email templates.
In this case you are need to make full reinstall of the booking calendar it's mean that, ALL YOUR BOOKING DATA WILL BE DELETED (booking data saved to the DB).
If you want to proceed with that, so please open firstly the General Booking Settings menu page of Booking Calendar admin panel, and at the right side of the page recheck that this option “Delete booking data during uninstall” is turned On (checked), it's mean that all your booking data during deactivation will be deleted.
Open the WordPress Plugins menu page and click on “Deactivate” link of Booking Calendar (free version). Wait for the message “Plugin is deactivated successfully”. It’s important.
Open the WordPress Plugins menu page and click on “Activate” link.
Wait for the message “Plugin is activated successfully”. It’s important. Otherwise not all DB tables will be created, and you will have an error messages. Test it now.

Please read more about languages and translations at the "translation" section of FAQ page http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/

    That's not the matter.

    The form is ok translated.

What's not translated are the texts inside the emails.

    Thanks!
