   Hi. I love this plug-in (much better than others I have tried which break my site) but I cannot get the thumbnails options to work. Do you have any idea what I could be doing wrong?

   And could anyone explain the difference between:

   Content Thumbnail Size (in px):
   and
   Excerpt Thumbnail Size (in px):

   'Content Thumbnail Size' and 'Excerpt Thumbnail Size' simply allows you to have a different size based on how you are displaying the selected posts. These options are more relevant when using the 'shortcode' for the plugin on pages and posts.

   As to the thumbnails not working, do your posts (or does your theme) use the Featured Image function?
