   This is pure gold in combination with the Add Widgets to Page plugin.

   I used this combination to transform an otherwise uninteresting corner of a static page into a feed displaying the most recent post for each of 5 categories.

   Thank you. This seems an interesting combination.

   I'll have to review the difference between this idea and using the BNS Featured Category shortcode.
