   Hi - this can't be done currently, but I am considering adding it in a future update to the plugin :)

   If you don't mind editing the plugin files, this works for me - http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-bm-custom-login-how-to-add-big-background-picture?replies=4

   Only problem is you have to add the code everytime the plugin is updated.

   Thanks binarymoon, just updated and works a treat. I noticed the update also fixed a styling issue I had as well with the login image being stretched to the top of the page.
