   No Upload option for the audio or video?

   I dont see an option to upload the media? they need to upload thru WP media facility?

   Problem is audio/video media is way too large for the WordPress media manager to handle in your own WP installation. Your local web server will not be able to handle large media file uploads, plus hosting your media on the same web server as your web site is a bad idea, it can bring your web site to a crawl when multiple listeners/viewers are downloading your media at the same time (typically during the first 24-48 hours when you release a new episode).
