   I added category podcasting to a site I am working on. The original podcast URL was http://www.mysite.com/feed/podcast I have since updated it based on a category called podcast.

   New URL is http://www.mysite.com/category/podcast/feed. I have successfully redirected the old URL to the new one using a .htacess file.

   The posts I want to omit from the feed are not present in the new URL, however in iTunes if I add a new post to any other category it still shows up in the podcast. I can't figure out iTunes has not updated it? It has been a couple of months so I would think it rules out that iTunes hasn't gotten the message, and also since iTunes recognizes new posts.

   Any insight anyone can offer would be great. Thanks.

   Are you sure the feed you submitted to iTunes is the category feed in question? If you need further assistance specifically to Podcasting, I would recommend posting the subject on the Blubrry.com forums, this forum is for WordPress specifically, there aren't many podcasters that monitor this site for podcast questions.
