[Plugin: BlogGlue Related Posts Network Plugin] Author provides zero support – one wrong move kills

I’ve tried to contact Blogglue several times about different issues, and I have never received any response.

I do not recommend signing up for their paid options because if you cancel your reoccurring payments, it just takes your money and drops you back down to a lower level than you were before opting in to advertising.

In principle, this is an awesome program, but in practice, the lack of support makes it hard to continue to use.

In addition, I have been having actual problems with the plugin side and not just the account side. Many of my posts do not list any of the related posts from my internal blog, but will still list those related on other blogs that are not mine. It looks crappy with just blank unordered lists.
