The title pretty much says it. I see the sample theme folder in the plugin folder, but how would I use that? I tried creating a topic, adding a site to it, and uploading the topic.php and sites.php files to my theme folder and creating new pages using them as templates, but am getting the pages with the following results...
topic.php template (and the "show all sites" is a link to /sites/, which gives me a 404):

Can anyone direct me on how I might create a dropdown menu of my topics (I'd like to put it either in the sidebar or the header) as well as a results page for that that will list all sites that belong to a certain topic?
