   Hi there,

   cool plugin!

   Now to my problem: I like to get enlisted with iTunes and they require I falid feed.
   If I select a Feed Image somehow width and height will not get set and so you generate empty <width></width> and <height></height> tags.

   A quick check at http://validator.w3.org/feed/ tells me, that it's perfectly fine to just leave them out, but not to leave them empty.

   Could you please get back the scaling for wp-uploaded images or put if(!empty()) lines there? (I dont't like my local fix to be overwritten with the next update ;-))
