[Plugin: BillyBen Ring] not installing

    the plugin displays this error message while installing :

    Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in…/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 558

    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    and when i tried to install it manually via the ftp server of my host the plugin is not showing itself in the installed / deactivated plugins list.
