[Plugin: BigContact] where to enter address in API?

i feel stupid. i got the API key as instructed, but when i go to the form settings it says “could not load address zero results found.” – or something like that.

well that makes sense because it never asks for an address when getting an API key!!!!! this is so frustrating. how does it know your address if there is nowhere to add the address?? can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong? i followed the directions to a “T” but i get nothing.
