[Plugin: BigContact] required appointment date

I’d like to keep contact and appointment pages separate. That is, if a user goes to the appointment page, an appointment date is mandatory. (If s/he doesn’t want an appointment, then s/he should go to the contact page instead)

So I’d like to have:
– an option to have the select appointment checkbox checked and hidden from the user for “appointment only” pages.
– and a check that the requested appointment date is valid. Currently it accepts past dates for appointment requests.

Easy enough for me to modify the plugin’s code, but that’s not the point.
