The plugin does not work because it is not in the correct folder. Access by FTP and move the contents of the subfolder to main folder of the plugin.

The problem is that there appeared on the plugins page, because it is in a subfolder. Sorry, but I have not tested if is fully functional, I discarded it because I need something in Brazilian Portuguese.
