[Plugin: BFT Autoresponder] Merge tag?

We’re considering using this email analytics solution – http://campaigncog.com/
in combination with BFT Autoresponder WP plugin.

To set up, they are asking for the “merge tag”. Where can I find this information to enable this email analytics tool?
