I’m running WordPress Multisite. I changed the email address lockout notifications will be sent to, and it is going to that email address, but it is still going to the site admin address as well. How can I turn off this notification going to the site admin as well?

It is only actually sending a single email out per notification however note that you can set a different email address for each type of notification (file changes, 404 detection and login limits). The email can be set in the settings of each.
