   I get these every day:

   I have this set:
   http://tvcnet.net/images/tutorials/2012-09-25_0933-1.png

   Any ideas why file change warning ignores the exclude setting?

   Not sure whether this will fix it, but try losing the / at the end of the excluded directory (i.e. follow the example given below the exclude box).
