[Plugin: Better WP Security] Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering d

This is a strange one. I manage two WP sites which both use Better WP Security and Hypercache plugins. On one site however there appears to be a conflict when both plugins are enabled.

With Hypercache enabled I cannot access any Better WP Security admin screens. I receive the following on a blank page:

Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

When the Hypercache plugin is disabled the admin screens for Better WP Security are accessible again. Hypercache admin screens are accessible, the issue only seems to affect Better WP Security.

Any ideas?
