   Is there a way to change what email address gets notified for the file change warnings, etc? Or is it just the admin email address?

   Yes, you can do so for each type of notification within the options for that notification.

   Is is possible to define custom mail to be sent for the problems, i mean can i alter the mail a little and then keep it ready for sending?
