  • I did this in mistake, and backed up my DB after I had done it, (rookie move I know) but is there a file I can edit to pull it out of this loop so I can get to the dashboard. Thanks in advance

    Edit your .htaccess file in your wordpress directory via FTP. Just delete the entire section that was created by ‘Better WP Security’. It is marked with comments where it starts end where it ends. (Create a backup of this file before you make changes, just in case).
    You should then be able to login to WordPress and change the configuration.
    First time you hit save the entire section (but not the entire file) will be recreated.
    Problem solved!
