Hello, due to problems with mij "old"-plugin in WP 3.3. I just switched to your plugin.
Works great in one site but getting Error in the other site.

Reason for the errors is a so called "Dead"page or menu-option. The top 2nd and 3rd menu-option on are dead and give http://www.vakantiehuisverhuur.eu/# when clicked.
    This is a Theme-feature.
This also is visible as "#" in the sitemap.xml and Google has a problem with this.

    Hello,

Did you use any plugin to achieve such thing or you simply leave the slugs blank for those two pages?

    No plugin.
It is a "Standard" Theme option for every page. I use Weaver II. In Weaver (the old version) it is the same feature and the same problem.

It is a checkbox. Named: "Menu "Placeholder" page. Useful for top-level menu item - don't go anywhere when menu item is clicked."

    Thanks

See for a discussion of this in the Weaver Theme:
Sitemap invalid URL = # with Menu "Placeholder" page

It was then fixed in the sitemap plugin I used at that time.
    Thanks,
