   I was looking at a users profile page on my local setup while not logged to any account and bbp_is_user_home() is returning true. Therefore, it's saying 'You are not currently subscribed to any topics.' instead of 'This user is not currently subscribed to any topics.'

   It looks like the issue might be in bbp_get_user_id() and how it handles those fallbacks.

   Also, if you're not logged in you see the edit link next to the users profile. this seems like a major bug.
