[Plugin: bbPress Threaded Replies] Nothing happens when activated when using a custom theme

Hi. I’m using custom WordPress and bbPress themes, and when I activate the plugin nothing happens. By nothing happens I mean that I don’t see an additional “reply” button or anything. Is there any additional code I need to add?
