This doesn't work at all in WordPress 2.8.4. It doesn't select all the posts (you have to select them manually) and the "Submit" button doesn't even work.

I haven't used this plugin in particular, but I highly recommend upgrading. Your current version of WordPress is full of publicly know security vulnerabilities.

Meanwhile, I also recommend you to upgrade to the latest version of wordpress.
