[Plugin: Basic Google Maps Placemarks] User creation

Hello, I am looking for something like this but I am wondering if users can add their own pin to the map. I would like for my guest to be able to fill out a form and it with their location and afterwards it automatically puts their pin on the map…

Does your plugin do that or if not have you heard of one that does?
