Edit the wp-content/plugins/wp-cache/wp-cache-phase1.php or wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase1.php file and find the following two lines at around line 34 (line 56 in WP-Super Cache):
I can not find where to insert the fix in the latest version of WP-Super Cache I do not see the line you are talking about.
Have you verified that this fix on the latest version?

No need to change that code anymore in Bad Behavior to make it work flawlessly with WP Super Cache: inside the WP Super Cache settings (in the new plugin tab) just activate the Bad Behavior plugin and you're good to go.
You should contact the author of Bad Behavior for assistance.
