[Plugin: BackWPup] Error Call to undefined function current_time()

I am running WP 3.2.1 and BackWPup 2.0.3. It works flawlessly on a blog which is a sub-directory of the one I’m having problems with. Whenever BackWPup runs for my main site, it gives me the following errors: http://pastebin.com/DRpUrb3n
