It would be nice if this could be done.

Create the backup file on the ftp server.
    email this to gmail.
    wait til it’s done sending.
delete the file on the ftp server.

Will this happen if this setting is set to zero?

Full Path to Folder for Backup Files:
    /home/xyz/backwpup/
Max. Backup Files in Folder: [ ZERO / 0 ] (Oldest files will deleted first.)
    ?

Zero /0 = unlimited backup files

the backup is creation on a temp folder and than send to ftp and after ftp it is send to mail and if you don’t set a Path fpr backup files it is deleted after backup is send.

I would suggest an extra line be placed under:
Full Path to Folder for Backup Files:
If left empty, backup files are deleted after backup process is completed.

    Thank-you for the quick response!
