[resolved] can't download backup file (6 posts)

I just upgraded the plugin to 1.6.9, and now when I click on the link to download a backup, it goes to my 404 error page on my blog instead of downloading the file.

(I sent an e-mail to the developer about this, but thought I'd post here too in case anyone else was having the same problem.)

As an FYI, I am able to download the file via FTP (I'm in the process of doing it, but it'll take about 2 hours because the file is so large). So it's just the link to the file that's incorrect.

Also, in the backup window, it says my site is 15mb, but my zipped file is 1.74 gigs--I think that is correct, and the 15mb isn't. All of my backups have been around the 1.7 gig size.

Thanks for the bug report, I'll look into it right away.

I'm also having this problem. When I click the download link after taking a backup nothing happens.

The file exists in wp-content/backups, but I can't download it using that link.

This should be fixed in 2.0.1

Hi. I'm using 2.0.1 on WP 3.4.1 on XAMPP server (local network), but I'm still having the same problem as Jonathan: when I click on the "download" link, nothing happens.
