  • Can you please paste the Backup log file here (usually found at wp-content/backup/backup.log)?

    Same here,

    The log file says it created the database dump but it is not in the backup folder.

    Btw: great plugin if this issue is solved!

    Here’s the backup folder after making 3 manual backups. No dump.sql files.

    Hi,

    The sql dump is inside the zip archive.

    Can’t find it. I searched the zip for ‘dump.sql’ and ‘.sql’ but nothing shows up. Where should it be in the zip archive?

    It should be in the root of the archive.

    Weird,

    Can’t think of an explanation for that. Please tell me your OS, PHP and WP versions. Also, do you know if you have the PHP zip extension enabled?

    Thanks for your support hel.io. I am also not seeing a dump.sql anywhere. My log seems to suggest it was created…

    Thanx for your help!

    According to that page the server is running Linux, not Windows.

    @bn86
    Can you tell me your OS, PHP and WP versions as well please?

    The server is Linux (64 Bit) with PHP 5.2.17 and WordPress 3.4. I don’t know if I have the PHP zip extension, but your plugin is creating zip files just fine..

    I get no dump.sql either in the zip file or in wp-content/backup.

    Could you guys tell me what you have set for the local folder?
