   What's the best image size for backgrounds or should I use:

   .myatu_bgm_fs {
   max-width: 1280px;
   }

   I'm trying to minimize bandwidth us. Thanks for an awesome plugin!

   Based on the most common screen resolutions of visitors on my websites, the middle ground would be 1920x1080.

   You can also give the development version a whirl if you wish, which includes JS code to resize the image based on the browser window whilst maintaining the ratio (better than CSS alone can).

   When installing Version 1.0.25-dev39 it suggests I upgrade. Ignore?

   Yes, you can safely ignore that. WordPress has a little hiccup due to the "-dev39" attached to the version - once it says that version 1.1 is available, then you should upgrade :) That will be the stable release.
