   Peace, everyone!

   My site won't come up at all. Google finds these errors (warnings) in quite a few sites...

   [22-Oct-2011 11:28:15] PHP Warning: file(/home7/foo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/comment-spam/files/protect.txt) [function.file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home7/foo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/comment-spam/avh-fdas.php on line 51 [22-Oct-2011 11:28:15] PHP Warning: fopen(/home7/foo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/comment-spam/files/protect.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home7/foo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/comment-spam/avh-fdas.php on line 59

   I'm just reporting it quickly because it might be a recent bug, and I'm always disappointed when can't find anything here in WP.o... So there, friends: you're not alone. ;o)
   I'll update as I research this bug. Please do too.

   That doesn't seem to concern AVH First Defense Against Spam. The directory where the plugin is located different, and the plugin does not refer to a file called protect.txt

   AVH First Defense Against Spam is installed in the directory avh-first-defense-against-spam not comment-spam.

   This seems to be a problem with the plugin Spam http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/comment-spam/ with the description:

   The plugin is broken and I will not fix it. Please use another.
