I have many clients who want access to the settings and options for this plugin. I don't like giving out admin access to them, is there a quick function statement I can add that will allow this option for editors?

If you have a plugin to edit roles you can use that.
Add the role role_avh_fdas to the editor and you are done.
Otherwise you will have to hack the code, which means when the plugin updates you will loose the code.
I recommend installing a Role Manager plugin, I personally use Members http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/
but there are others out there to use.
