   Hello,

   there seems to be an issue with AutOptimize and IE conditional comments.

   I have the html5shiv inside the <!--[if lt IE 9]><![endif]--> comment, AutOptimize is just removing it!
   I think it should leave everything inside comments.

   Please fix this, thanks.
