Great plugin. It raised my YSlow score from 75 using WP-Minify to 80. Although I would like to raise the score some more. I realized even with CSS compression activated in the plugin, YSlow still show all my CSS including plugin CSS as separate. Can you combine the CSS files to as few as possible for better speed in a future version? Thanks.

Posted 2 years ago #Autoptimize compresses all the css to just 1 or 2 files on most cases. It isn't always just one to respect the media attribute users might have set on their stylesheets (print, screen, all, etc). I might however consider adding an option to override this and compress all of them to one :)
Just to make sure what you're seeing isn't a bug, can you give me a link to your blog with autoptimize enabled? :)
