[Plugin: AutoNav Graphical Navigation and Gallery Plugin] Display a post in two categories

I am trying to display posts in 2 categories. I used the following shortcode and tried some variations but no posts show up:
[autonav display=”posts, table, thumb” postid=”category__and:monthly-calendar,2012″ count=40 titles=”1″ size=”106×73″]This is the URL:
http://www.freeprintablecalendars4u.com/printable-calendars/monthly-calendar/monthly-calendar-2012/There are posts in both of those categories. I can show posts in either of the categories but cannot show only posts in both categories.
