   I am trying to display posts in 2 categories. I used the following shortcode and tried some variations but no posts show up:
   [autonav display="posts, table, thumb" postid="category__and:monthly-calendar,2012" count=40 titles="1" size="106x73"]

   This is the URL:
   http://www.freeprintablecalendars4u.com/printable-calendars/monthly-calendar/monthly-calendar-2012/

   There are posts in both of those categories. I can show posts in either of the categories but cannot show only posts in both categories.

   That capability was added in version 1.4.7, but the documentation here may be out-of-sync with the current v1.4.2. I pulled 1.4.7 when some users had difficulties with it, but you might try it (under "Other Versions" when you download) and see if it works for you.

   Once the plugin gets to $100 paypal donations I will work on 1.4.7 again, heading for a 1.5.0 release. So far we are up to USD$12.00.

   There is a beta release of 1.4.8 here. Please let us know how it works for you, if you try it.

   This does work with recent releases of AutoNav and WordPress. There is an example here.
