    Great plugin! However the backup process uses up server resources. Is there a way to schedule the backup manually so I can set it to run in the middle of the night?

    Yes, I always seem to be busy on a site when the backup starts at 23:00(11PM).

    I didn't see the "Constant" listed in the readme.txt, but did find it by peeking at the core.functions.php.

    If you want the backup to start at 4 AM, add

    define( 'HMBKP_DAILY_SCHEDULE_TIME', '04:00' );

    to your wp-config.php and that should do it. Confirm by looking at the "Backups" settings under "Tools" in the WP dashboard,where you should see "The next backup will occur at 4:00 AM".

    I'm pretty sure that setting isn't for the "Automatic WordPress Backup" plug-in it is for the "BackUpWordPress" plug-in.
