your plugin is very useful for everybody, very nice work!
Just for your info - I have spent some time searching the cause of weird mulfunction of the "thickbox-content" plugin. Finally I have got it - it was caused by overriding of that plugins's output by your filter:
add_filter('filter_anchor', array('auto_thickbox', 'filter'))
