[Plugin: Auto Post Thumbnail] Generate Thumbnails only works on certain posts

I hit the “Generate Thumbnails”, the progress bar appears and it tells me that all post have processed. But it only works on some posts.
All posts past certain date has no featured image (thumbnail) attached to them.
What’s wrong?
