   How could I still keep my authors on my page but link them to my Google+ page. I want my authors to respond to all the comments on their post, but i don't want their google plus faces all over google searches.

   Make sense?

   Sorry, about the delay in responding - I have just seen your question.

   Simply do not set up your authors with a link to their Google Plus profile.

   If there is no link between the your blog and Google+ then their faces will not be shown
