   Can i use a Google+ business page instead of a Google+ personal page to display the thumbnail in google search results?

   Sorry about the delay - just seen this post.

   You can make a business page logo eligible for display using rel="publisher" see https://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1708844

   AuthorSure has a "publisher" setting which you can set up with the Google+ business page.

   However, Google, as far as I know, has not starting showing the company logo's in search results - so for know it is best to just have an author associated with a home page
