Would be great if this plugin could integrate with Register Plus Redux in terms of being able to display an author's title and company next to their name.

Implement it, send me a patch, and I'll happily add it to the plugin.
It might actually be worth thinking about adding some general filters/actions to the plugin to allow that kind of customisation... unfortunately I really don't have time for any wordpress development at the moment.
